our team leaders are very experieced experts in civil aviation industry in China and have good reputation. 

Mr. Xiaobin Shu has 30 years working experience in civil aviation industry in China. He worked for Civil Aviation Administration of China as air traffic Controller and deputy manager for eight years , and then worked for Hainan airlines for 16 years from flight operation control department  to sales and marketing department. He worked  many positions : renenue management , sale channel manger, international business devision head, general manager of Shenzhen sales office  and deputy general manager of Sale & marketing of headquater. He successfully selected and launched  longhaul route: Beijing=Brussels , Beijing=Boston ; Beijing =Seattle, ect.. 

After 2008 , He worked for Hong kong airlines as commercial director  for  five  years. He restructed the network and   built a hub-spoke network . The number of transfer passenger from 3 percent increased to 25 percent and revenue per block hour inceased by 15% annually  and it doubled in five years. From 2016 to 2022, He worked for Donghai airlines and Qingdao airlines as commercial director, assiting president , vice president. 

Mr.  Albert Chen was born in Hong kong and he worked in Hong kong Civil aviation industry for more than 35 years. He worked many roles in sales and marketing as general manager of sales and marketing of Hong  Kong airlines and Hong kong express.
